Never again to this Marriott. We were in room #270 1/27/24 to 2/3/24, and it should not have been rented to anyone. Jack hammers were running throughout the day before 8 am till almost 5 pm some 4 rooms away. Heavy construction equipment was running back and forth along this whole side of the building with their loud exhaust and beep, beep, beep when backin up. Contraction crew yelling orders and directions to each other all day long. The franchise owner of this Marriott could care less about its guest. The room got rented and I’m sure that is all that mattered. If you go to this Marriott be aware, you will not matter.

this property has literally no beach. the deck is limited and crowded. Major construction noise every day. Daily mandatory service charge $60 for things few people would do. We were there for 7 days. I rode a bike once and my wife got a snow cone... $420!
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately they were undergoing a facelift on many hotel rooms, so 9AM-5PM was noisy at times, 7 days a week. Also there is no beach in front of the hotel. The ocean has taken it.
That said, food was very good, staff were the stars of the hotel, making you feel welcome, always happy to engage in a conversation with patrons, we felt well pampered. Never had to leave the hotel for anything, it was all there. Kitchen went out of there way to deal with our food issues. Pool-side service and staff easily compete with Ritz Carleton at 2/3rd’s the price. Would recommend.

Marriott is an excellent hotel. I’ve been staying here for over 30 years since it was the radisson. The beach is completely eroded ( which I knew), however the excellent location was a fair tradeoff. If you’re looking to walk right into the beach, this is not the place (although it had 50 feet of beach width before the hurricanes changed all that). But the hotel is excellent and if you rent a car you’re only 5 minutes from a full beach.

The best part of this property was the staff (Claudio who went out of his way to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations, Joseph who helped when I needed help after the gift shop closed and Gregon is a hilarious and helpful doorman.

If you are looking for “peace and quiet,” this is Not the property! They are undergoing construction and furniture replacement that made it unbearable. The property needs a major facelift, and there were areas that were dirty and not maintained. When I asked about this at the reception, they didn’t try to accommodate or suggest an alternative. Stay away until these issues are resolved.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had at a hotel booked through *******, and I am reaching out in the hope that you can assist in resolving the issues we encountered.
I recently booked a hotel room for my stay in the Cayman Islands at the Marriott Resort through *******, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations. I believe it is essential to bring the following concerns to your attention:
Early Pool Closure: Upon checking in at 4 pm, we were dismayed to find that the hotel's pool had closed at 2 pm. This information was not communicated during the booking process on *******'s website, nor was it mentioned at the time of check-in. This significantly impacted our plans for a relaxing evening and was a major disappointment.
Unpleasant Room Conditions: Our room, unfortunately, had a noticeable and unpleasant smell of mold. This not only affected our comfort but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the hotel.
Noise Disturbance: To add to our dissatisfaction, our room faced the service road, where there was ongoing construction with a table saw in operation for several hours. This disrupted our peace and quiet, further contributing to a less than enjoyable stay.
Overcharging: To make matters worse, we feel that we were overcharged for the subpar conditions we experienced. Given that we were treating our
