The Hotel itself is OK but the night check in is terrible; and even though they say they will won't let me down again; they did. So here I am standing in the freezing cold with a bitter wind at 12.45am on the 24 hour night phone for not 1 minute (as you would expect) but more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The lady then says she has to log in and check if they have my phone number and credit card (I had already sorted all that out earlier that day with reception). After another 5 minutes (I am like a frozen icypole stick now) she come back and gives me the code so my key will drop down. I got my key, went to my room and door won't open (red light flashing; meant to be green); so went through the whole phone process again; they gave me another key for another room and red light AGAIN! Eventually they had someone open up my original room...I am well travelled and this process is SO BAD. And this is the second time it has happened to me...I wonder why I keep coming back??
