This hotel provided the slippers while you asked, the first hotel compare to others we have stayed. And the reception are all friendly and helpful to us. Although there are no fridge or water heater for the travelers. The breakfast is pretty good and various. And this town, Eriksberg, is full of historical stories with the shipbuilding industry. Also a nice spot between the Volvo museum and the downtown while your transportation is only bus.

A good hotel situated on the water with spectacular views over the harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful and an issue I had with the uncomfortable sleeper sofa was resolved very quickly by getting a mattress topper.
A big plus for me was being able to open the window a crack for fresh air. This is often a problem in newer hotels as the air on can be a bit claustrophobic.
Delicious breakfast with a huge variety of foods.
The hotel is situated right next to the ferry and this was the first time I have used the ferry as public transport in Gothenburg. It takes you to the centre of town in around 15 minutes and the trip is gorgeous.
The area is quieter and more relaxing than being in the centre of town and there are restaurants and shopping in the vicinity.
The hotel itself could do with a kick of paint but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Reception staff good. Breakfast good. The room was never cleaned, bathroom never cleaned. Had to ask for new rowels and toilet paper several times. No new sheets at all.

This was a really bad experience, hotel says to book room cleaning by 22 pm the day before, that was done day after day, but no cleaning was done😡 When we then asked about why there is even no excuse from the staff, they come with clean bedsheets and want us the guests to change our selfe, really bad service. 1elevator was broken for the whole week we stay there, no repair and the wait for elevator takes forever. Food quality breakfast is bad, no joy at all to eat breakfast at the hotel. This is a hotel that can't be recomanded for anybody.
