In russia so far in many years i have been in many hotels. In top i world like to add Radisson Blue Rostov Na Don. It is in Service Level like Hyatt Jekaterinburg or Hilton Tjyumen . Personel , like today at breakfast Daria or reseption Diana! Great staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast!

The hotel is excellent and staff always try to help and satisfy you. there was a technical problem with the booking but they solved and they apologize showing a very good customer service. Artem at front office provided a perfect customer service.

Отличный отель - современный ремонт, удобный чистый номер. В номере все необходимое, включая утюг и гладильную доску. Панорамные окна с видом на Дон - все просто супер! Вежливый персонал и вкусный завтрак. Ванная комната вместе с душевой кабиной. Кофе отменный!!!

К размещению вопросов нет, но вновь под громкими названиями "pet friendly отель" кроются ограничения для собак более 10 кг. Отели из сетки Accor гораздо лояльнее в данном вопросе, даже при наличии задатка и доплат.

Прекрасный отель, чтобы отдохнуть от рабочей рутины. Здесь всегда встретят радушно, помогут в любом возникшем вопросе, не оставят без внимания ни единого комментария. Слово гостя для персонала Рэдисона - закон. Нигде в России не видел такого обслуживания. Продолжайте в том же духе, спасибо! Ваш уважаемый, постоянный гость.
