This motel has been recently refurbished and it is lovely. The bed is very comfortable, the room has been fastidiously cleaned and no stains on the carpet. Good air-conditioning. the staff were so welcoming and friendly - we were travelling with our dog and they were happy to accomodate us. Centrally located close to Woolworths. Will definitely stay again when travelling that way again

The bed was comfty but the pillows were terrible, couldn't sleep because of them.
They also charged our payment of the room twice, claiming the first charge didn't go through, though when i had checked, it had gone through and cleared.

Our first night stay on the road to Queensland and an excellent choice. Our room was warm for us on arrival, very clean and very comfortable. The free WIFI was excellent. Lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom, great shower too. A big thank you to David & Caroline who were friendly, efficient and very helpful hosts. The motel is well located with only a short walk to the town centre and quiet too. Happy to recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. Bed was comfy with nice linen. Heater works a treat. No noise issues. Bathrooms could do with a refurb however was clean. Good location close to Forbes Inn for dinner and Sylo for morning coffee. I would suggest not showering at peak morning time in winter if you want a hot shower - hotel was full for big weekend of sport in town.

Warm and friendly welcome by Caroline and David on arrival. Prompt and efficient check-in. Our hosts were very helpful in informing us of where local eateries and attractions were and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our room was immaculately clean, spacious and providing everything we needed in the way of facilities. It was air conditioned, had a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, microwave, toaster to name a few. The property location was perfect with an easy walk into town. The room rate was very reasonable and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Forbes.

I travel for work fortnightly, and this is my go to hotel in Forbes. The location is close to the town centre, the rooms are spotless and have everything you need for a few nights away, and the continental breakfast is lovely. The best feature however are the owners, who are wonderfully friendly, and I feel so welcome everytime I arrive.
