Spent one night here as part of a longer trip. Not until a am after I had booked the room did I get notified there would be no breakfast as stated there was supposed to be as per the listing…

The place is right in Old Town. The ONLY other benefit is an ice machine.... That's it. No breakfast, no room service while staying. No pool. But you can walk to Bay Street without driving. The room was clean but basic... Fridge wasn't working in the room. The walking distance was what qualified the extra $75 a night. If you need to be on Bay Street and can afford it, with almost zero amenities, then this is your place.

Liked the location which was steps away from historic downtown district. Didn't like that the courtyard view was a parking lot and property seemed run down and older than expected. A bit pricey for what we got.

No Room service. Had to go to office for second day towels etc. Bathroom not modern. Compared to our 1970's stays in Hotel 6. Looks nice from street.

Fantastic location to shopping & restaurants in Old Town and gorgeous river views, and comfortable beds. Didnt like how small the rooms are, lack of continental breakfast, dirty paint on cabinets in room, lack of soap dish on sink & shower. no ice bucket, spots on carpet in room, no grab bar near toilet in bathroom, couldnt get hot water in shower in the morning. Paying top $ due to location, but needs attention in other areas to be worth the price.

Great location. Pretty clean but but somp places seem a little worn (headboard was starting to peel and cabinets had some small holes in it. We felt tbat the floor needed a wet mop. Loved tbe location and parking
