We stayed here for four nights over the winter holidays. We had a suite which was basically an extra big room. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel and would stay again

Nice weather but the room was not to clean especially blankets it was dirty so please check your bed blankets before you lay down

Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk person who quickly gave us the rundown of the property and we were on our way. Enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool and an extensive continental breakfast in the morning.

I have to give a special thanks to Nannette (front desk) for supplying me with a microwave (Microwave = no....Fridge = yes), some plates, bowls and utensils. I knew nothing would be open on Christmas day, so I planned ahead with food, just nothing to heat it up with in my room. I was skeptical about using the microwave in the lobby. Thanks again Nannette!
I didn't know the train came through Flagstaff so often. Seems like every twenty (20) minutes. I'm not complaining. I grew up next to an Airforce base. No snow in Flagstaff for December was the only disappointment for me. A day trip after Christmas to Page to see Horseshoe Bend was amazing!

The room is quite neat and tidy.
However, it’s very cold that night and the heater doesn’t work. We asked the staff for a blanket and he said it’s not available. He handed us a very thin bed sheet instead.

The front desk was great - no issues there. Went back into my car to drive around to the side entrance since that was easier for us to unload. We walk into the building and start walking down the hall and there is the most horrible smell ever. Luckily, when we entered our room, the smell wasn't in there. But that sliding bathroom barn style door is a pain to try to open and close, not even my teen was able to do it herself and my youngest definitely couldn't, it kept getting stuck on its track. Was not looking forward to having to step outside of our room again because that smell was awful. Next morning, we were able to catch breakfast. It's not within the hotel, it's next door which had plenty of room for several tables and food was stocked - luckily, it was delicious and glad it was included. Overall, not bad, I'm just hoping that smell was a one time thing and not all the time.

Ok, so let's start with the fact that this was a reservation that was booked earlier on the Friday of our stay. One should expect that it would be busy. What we didn't expect was the complete shutdown of some of the facilities for anyone over 12 years of age. Was so looking forward to a hot tub. There had to be 50 screaming kids inside the pool house, 10 of which were in the spa. At least one of those kids was right above us later in the evening and would not stop running/pounding on the floor. Even after 2 calls and a visit to the front desk, past 10:30PM, it continued. I did get to sleep eventually, but was awakened at 3AM by the same noisy kid running around the room upstairs. All in all the facility was great, staff was friendly and the value was fine. Just hope you don't end up in Disneyland like we did.
