Service from both staff members we dealt with was excellent, very friendly and informative. Convenient location, can walk to shops, pubs and waterfront. Stayed in room 4 (2 bedroom) and although it must be an older unit, it was very clean and comfortable. However, I would recommend staying in a stand alone unit, as the upstairs noise of walking around and using the bathroom could be heard throughout the night. Would also be great to have some sheer blinds for privacy and security, we felt we had to keep them closed and it made the room very dark. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Was a beautifully kept property in a great location. The staff could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend. We stayed for 4 nights. Close to restaurants and bars. Had a fantastic free laundry which was a godsend when you have been travelling

Our apartment was spotless, spacious, modern, boosting all the amenities required to make our holiday as comfy as possible, including a garage. We appreciate the hospitality and excellent service received from Clair the Manager. Clair also provided very useful information which enhanced our experience & made for a very memorable holiday. Thank you!

Amazing place. Claire the hotel manager was absolutely amazing to us. Made sure we had a good time and went out of her way to give good advice. Great location in town centre, and harbour. Great big rooms with kitchens and big bedrooms. Would definitely come back.

I loved the location to town, the beach and the tearoom.
I did have one of the two stores appartments and the person upstairs was a bit loud walking around with boot on.
Other than that I loved it , would definitely stay there again

Beautifully clean modern property. The staff were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. It was well located within walking distance to the waterfront.

Met with Claire, friendliest lady who showed us around the motel. She even recommended some restaurants and highlighted which beaches we should see. The place is very clean and tidy. Big enough space for my family of 4. Will love to stay in this place again if we have the chance to visit Esperance in future!

Claire the property manager was absolutely brilliant in preparing the room for our arrival, including turning on the hearing (it was mid winter) and making sure we knew what was what around town - and helped us with local knowledge for the next step in our journey. The room was. Lean, comfortable and well kitted out. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!
