This is a great place to stay, very clean and spacious rooms/apartments and close to town. The service was fantastic as we had car problems when we arrived and the managers helped us out. Totaly recommend this place

Super clean and quiet (I am a germ phobe and we relaxed comfortably as the unit was so clean). Alex was super friendly, very helpful and extremely welcoming. We had been travelling all day and the bed was extra comfy, just what was needed to relax and recharge for the last part of our journey. Highly recommend staying here and when travelling through again needing a place to stay will be staying here again.

Excellent place to stay, spacious, clean well appointed apartments. Close to town and the Tavern across the road for a great meal. The service was great, Ali and Nick went the extra mile to help us when our car broke down they made us very comfortable

After working a 12 day stint meeting up with my family was made even better by staying here. Clean, quiet and close to all the amenities you could ask for. Polite and friendly staff as well so I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to stay in Emerald

This is “Very Polished” accommodation provider in a tough market. My family an I were very happy and very comfortable in their well appointed I bedroom self contained unit. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed… all boxes ticked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The apartment was excellent, had everything you could need. The apartment was clean and quite given its proximity to the main shopping areas. Nothing was a bother for the staff, they were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here especially for family holidays.

It’s difficult to fully describe the high quality of our stay. For a start the unit was immaculate with everything supplied for a long stay. Extremely comfortable bed and living room lounge, table and chairs. When we left we felt like we’d left home and family. Jenny and Alison are lovely ladies and took great attention to us as did all staff. Then we have a fantastic manager Alex who was also so caring and helpful. He even offered on two occasions to come with us to help with the dangerous removal of our personal property from our wrecked caravan. This was an extremely comforting stay for us after the shock we suffered from having our lovely caravan being totally written off by negligence of a utility driver. Hopefully we can return and renew friendships with this ptoperty and the lovely people. Bill and Nonie.
