¡El servicio no debe estar bajo una carga pesada!
13/06/21 ¡Es imposible desayunar por la mañana porque todas las mesas están llenas de platos sucios y no tienen tiempo para limpiarlos! Luego simplemente tomaron un plato de comida de la niña sentada en la mesa. Ni siquiera les preguntaron si estaba bien. ¡El hombre todavía comía, se levantó para beber agua y regresó sin plato de comida! Desde que se desmanteló la cocina, ¡es imposible comer más!

房間倒是夠大的服務也很好，不像宣傳圖片那麼高級感。總體酒店還是不錯的。可能葉卡捷琳堡酒店這也是比較好的了。

非常推薦 當地最好的酒店了吧 就是撤出凱悦集團系統了 頂樓有泳池 風景不錯 早餐中規中矩 服務也就一般了 床頭比較舒服

Stayed there for several months. Never felt like home While the hotel itself is good (perfect location, spacious rooms, tasty breakfast) the impression deflates due to indifferent and transactional service Although I was recognized at check-in/check-out I never experienced any kind of treatment that frequent guest might have (e.g., no one ever remembered my usual breakfast order or put in my room all the staff I usually request) Let alone multiple issues with my laundry and daily stress during breakfast due to long waiting time I with the service level will be fixed making the hotel the best in Russia

Unexpected for a 5 stars Experience, this Hyatt is under the level of a normal 3 stars. Poor quality of service and bad attitude of employees. I will never be there again and I don’t suggest it to anyone. Only breakfast and position have to be saved.

Love the property, staying here is delightful each time, I completely forgot the design of a king room and got to experience it anew, such a lovely place. It was awesome to be able to book nights here with points of Loyalty program, will definitely plan to go out more in Dubai to Hyatt venues to gain more points and book again :) Thanks to the FO team, absolutely efficient and professional.
