Amazing hotel, beautifully done.
Cleaner of our room was lazy and didn’t clean the bedside tables, on one there were spots of coffee and between the other and the bed was dirty cup that was missing from the mini bar.
The restaurant is outstanding! Both food and staff!

a very short walk to the main Square yet not in the middle of Everything. Staff very courteous and responsive to our meeds. The Apartment (room) was very clean, spacious and quiet.

Very nice hotel at the center of Dresden, room was clean, breakfast is nice. the location is perfect a lot of shopping and dining option only 5 minutes walk ( dining option are even less the 5 minutes)

Booked this hotel specifically because I needed an EV charger and they advertise having available Tesla Destination Chargers on-site. Once I booked the room, I got 3 different emails. The email said is that they have the chargers. It also says that they do not allow parking reservations. Looking back, I think that I should have followed up with a phone call since their email also says it hasn't been updated since 5 Jan 2022 (booking was for the week of 19 Jul 2023).
When I arrived to the hotel, I was told that all the charger spots were taken and they asked why I didn't call ahead to reserve a spot. Clearly, their automated emails are completely incorrect and mislead customers on what they should expect. First impressions are important and they made a horrible one.
As for the rest of the stay, the rooms were nice and clean, the bed was great in my opinion, and everything was silent. If my experience hadn't been ruined upfront, this could easily be a 5-star review.
