When arrived the there was sticky hair on the shower. Cleaning person was awesome and came down to take care of. But throughout our visits we noticed an unusual stain on chair, food on desk, and headboard had oily substance. In addition room was missing top hanging bar which was necessary for long dresses

The Valet service stole our car off the lot for a joy ride, we watched them peel out of the lot with the car sideways while we were standing outside. The Valet service allegedly isn't affiliated with the Hotel, however it is operating inside the hotel doors and advertised by the Hotel therefore it must have a contract with hotel management or property owners. I would not stay here unless you want them to joy ride in your car in downtown detroit. They drove our car without permission both nights we stayed, we just happened to catch them in the act the second night. They apologized and said they wouldn't charge us, but then quickly left the property. We had to confiscate the keys from the valet and the next morning had to explain again that we had to take the keys from valet because they stole our car and explain why we wouldn't be charged. Not only unprofessional, outright dangerous.

Trip was for Lions 1st Playoff Home Game at Ford Field & the hotel stay was excellent.
Was very impressed with Downtown Detroit.
Have no problem staying here again in the future.... Close to alot of good bars & restaurants & also the Waterfront.
p.s. Coney Island Hotdog place around the corner came in handy also.

We had a great stay. Everyone that worked there was super friendly and helpful. It is in a great location for walking downtrown area. Easy in/out for valet parking. Quiet hotel at night.

The concierge was a very pleasant man and answered all the questions I asked about the area and public transportation. The valet parking service was an excellent and very appreciated service after a long drive on terrible roads. The attached restaurant had wonderful and friendly staff with excellent food. Would recommend!

The parking was assigned to a company that you never can called to issue any wrong deduction!
The customer service was not cooperative as we asked for an extra blankets, they apologized to serve us with any!
The bathroom situation is not fine as there wasn’t a firm door, it was a slide one!!
The only thing that was good, they canceled our extra booked days easily!
