Hilton Garden Inn Dalton

Great place to stay, excellent staff, friendliest people I have seen in a long time. Everyone there was awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend staying here.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED CONVENIENTLY OFF THE HIGHWAY. THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. GREAT HOTEL THE HOTEL IS BUSY BUT THE LAYOUT ALLOWS FOR A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE SO HELPFUL.

Found a bug on the headboard of the bed - inches from my head! We took it to the front desk and were told to speak to the staff in the morning. Upon checking out the next morning, we addressed the matter with the Sharon at the front desk. In a most condescending manner, we told that this bug was indigenous to the area, and it was perfectly acceptable to find them in our bed!!! Sharon offered us 3,000 in Hilton points as compensation, which we found totally unacceptable. Not only did we find a bug in our room (which was not very clean to start with), Sharon's haughty attitude toward us made us feel as though our concerns were childish and insignificant. We asked for the General Manager, Gautam Nanda, but, of course, he was unavailable at the time. Sharon provided his business card, and advised us to call him. We called Gautam, but .... big surprise ... were connected with his voicemail. A detailed message was left, but we never received a return call from him .... the G.M. of the hotel! We subsequently contacted Hilton Guest Assistance, the problem has been resolved, and we will receive a full refund. Beyond finding a bug in my bed, I'm absolutely appalled by the attitude and poor customer service we received from this Hilton property. As an Honors member and repeat customer at this hotel, we expected far better treatment. We won't be back, nor will be recommend this location.

The room was very clean, atmosphere was wonderful, staff was very friendly and awesome. I just Wished breakfast would have been included because i thought it was pricey. They did have a little breakfast restaurant in lobby area but cracker barrel is right down the road and I know I will get my money's worth

I had a room booked before I realized what happened. Beautifully decorated property, clean and the coffee set up was well done. All the staff were nice and helpful. Very quite room on the third floor.

Always our stop on the way home to Florida. Clean and comfortable with coffee and water available in the lobby-and fresh baked cookies in the early evening. Good mattresses. Kuerig coffee pot. Convenient to interstate, it's in a hotel complex, facing the mountains.

We are staying locally because of a leak in our home. We have been here a month. We have been trying to get a suite that is joining and custodial staff showed it to me this weekend. When I asked the general manager about this room when it becomes available he denied it existed. He said he would check and call me back but didn’t. Later that evening I asked to see a suite that had been reserved by the insurance company and I told the manager that this would not work and asked why he had not called me back. He told me that was the day before of this morning and then called me a liar and a sl-tand the told me to go F my self multiple times in the hallway. We were supposed to be here another month but are now leaving immediately.

One of the the better Hilton Properties I've stayed at. Everything was perfect. I arrived at 1:00 am and the young lady at the desk was very professional and helpful. The selection at the pantry was nice and worked for me, someone checking in at this late hour.

Disgusting!!! Repulsive, Unsanitary. Absolutely unbelievable experience here. **********s all in the bottom of the tub. Broken toilet seat. Mini fridge had previous guests trash left behind. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. When trying to contact the front desk, they brushed me off. Stating they had other guests to attend to. When I restated my concerns, I was given the “managers” business card and was told it’s best to reach them by email. Which I tried with no response. I assume this is absolutely acceptable to them to run the property this way or they just don’t care.
