Holiday Inn Express Dalton

The bed and pillows were clean and didn't smell. The room, bathroom and kitchen was well put together. I will definitely recommend staying here. I went to work and Came back to a clean room with fresh bed sheets and pillow cases and the dishes I had in the sink washed and put up great service.

We went here for a softball tournament and got in late March 15th and were immediately greeted by the nice gentleman at the front desk. Rooms and hotel were spotless and customer service was spot on! You cannot go wrong with this property! Highly recommend.

Nothing beats a Hilton hotel and this gem did not disappoint. Check in was easy, friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included, the room was like a home away from home, nice size, lots of lighting, great shower pressure. Dishes, paper towel, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Lots of nearby restaurants. I will definitely be making this my stop on future visits. Traveling from Canada to Florida.

Horrible service. Our daughter had forgotten to pack her game jersey. We had called the next day and requested it to be mailed and gave our info to pay for it. A week later nothing arrives. We spoke to Jeremy Grant, who said he was the regional manager. He apologized and said that person had been fired. I’m sure that was a lie as well, but moving on. He said he had the jersey and would call back with shipping costs for overnight or regular shipping. No call ever came. I called back 2 days later, obviously upset. Someone else answered the phone and said that Jeremy Grant wasn’t in. She was nice enough to call him. His words where that he didn’t have time and put it in lost and found. She then called me back and asked if we could drive 4 hours to pick it up. Unbelievable!!! Jeremy Grant is a liar and horrible at customer service. Still actively trying to get our daughter’s jersey shipped 3 weeks later. Can someone help that many know Jeremy Grant? Please tell him what customer service is all about and how not to lie to customers and employees. It’s unfortunate that such a small thing as mailing a young girls jersey has turned into this. She has had to play with the wrong jersey on now for Several games. Unbelievable.

This recently opened property, which has been welcoming guests for just a month, stands out as the finest hotel in Dalton. The interior is stunning, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are impressively spacious, and the well-equipped kitchenette is a valuable feature for longer stays. It provides all the essential kitchen supplies. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment, and we'll undoubtedly choose it for our future stays!

This facility has only been open a short time. Of course things are new. However. The staff and amenities are what set this place apart from other hotel’s we’ve been to. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The breakfast in the morning was over the top and well displayed. There was no tome for pool action. We only stayed for one night. The suite we were in was like a studio apartment. As we entered the room, I said to my wife, “Lets just move in and stay awhile this place is beautiful “. The bed was comfortable, the quality of the place is top tier. I would definitely go back here on my travels north to south

An excellent hotel, even better than the usual run of Home2 Suites. Rooms were spotless. Dining area same. Our pup was welcomed, they remembered to give us water on arrival, plenty of dishes and silverware. Very comfortable beds and covers. And for once, our request for "no feathers, allergic!" was heeded. We usually have to go through the pillows and comforters, and I'd say at least 80% of the time we have to remove feather/down items, but not here. Very pleased with this place. My only caveat would be that the breakfast, which would probably be great for a large family, had no protein that didn't contain egg. My wife is allergic to eggs, and normally there are sausages or bacon or some sort of protein without eggs. The only sausages here were already pre-packaged McMuffin style. For protein, she could have had sugary yogurt (no plain was available) and that was it. There was oatmeal, but no nuts to go in it. But otherwise, a splendid stay.

I’ve stayed at Home2 Suites twice now and am going to seek them out on all future trips. This location is great! Stacia checked us in and she was awesome! Great place when you are traveling with animals and breakfast was very good. Lots of breakfast options. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Made a reservation here for a standard room. Asked the front desk if I could get an upgrade and only paid $3 for a suite. Very clean, spacious rooms. Huge shower with great pressure. New hotel that the front desk said had been there not quite two years. If I’m ever back this way from Disney, we’ll stop back by and enjoy another night.
