TUI Blue Sarigerme has amazing facilities and it is embedded in spacious gardens and located directly on a very beautiful sandy beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey. I had an amazing holiday till the checkout process which was handled in a very unprofessional way. Therefore, I filed a complaint against the receptionist’s front office admin team member (Güven) regarding his unprofessional and rude behavior towards my family and customers. I have never come across such a rude receptionist in my life who stated that they will not accept us to the hotel next year as we were 30 min late for our late check-out due to unexpected longer preparation for our child. He was probably in a delusion that he was the owner of the hotel deciding who will be accepted to the hotel next year!!! I cannot believe how can a receptionist dare to talk to a customer like myself in such an unprofessional way in front of a 3-year-old kid which is completely unacceptable. I did not want to reflect it to my son however soon after I left my son with my wife, I could not find him in the reception otherwise I would have responded to him in a style that he will understand very well. There should be a policy regarding late checkout and related extra fees however no one can accept this behavior instead of implementing the policy. I know the general manager, who works very hard for improving the quality of this hotel however I cannot imagine how this kind of unprofessional staff is still allowed to work in this team. I hope senior management team members will be informed about this complaint as I certainly believe that there should be substantial change in the management. Front Office admin team members should be trained how to be polite, human, courteous, and helpful even if you and your kids don't speak German. I am not planning to go there again anyway due to this unpleasant event but I hope these incidents will be taken into account by the managing board members before any other future customers are lost in the system.
