Ni siquiera tenía champú y otras cosas cuando me registré por primera vez. Ac estaba dando problemas y no se solucionó cuando nos fuimos.

The hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach just steps away. The staff, from front desk to waitress and housekeeping were constantly helpful and friendly. Our only drawback was the late night noise from the nearby funfair which kept us awake until early morning. While the breakfast buffet had a good selection, it lacked options for protein rich foods and local delicacies. Overall this hotel is a perfect place to have a good holiday.

Lovely private beach and great service from the Pullman crew.
Although it's a bit ageing, the team have maintain the facilities well and best service as usual from the staffs.
If there's a touch up on the hardware or some adjustment on the pricing will be great as there are many choices around Da Nang offer even greater deal with lower price.

The structure and location is world class 'instragam-mable'. The beach is beautiful and the service staff is amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and also offered a free bottle of wine for our anniversary day. The food was good but could do with more vegetarian options. The coffee at break fast was super.
The bit it can improve, the design of the rooms is a bit different given the overall structure of the hotel that goes sideways to give an open view on the center of the property. Our first room facing the city side was agh not great, we requested for a change and they obliged, that was fantastic of them tbh. So people who like straight lines room might feel a bit differnet but you have to be on the beach to truly enjoy this property. Overall a great stay.

View is remarkable, hotel buffet breakfast is very good. Nice amenities and fantastic service. They also offer complimentary yoga session on selected days from 6-7am.

Nice hotel, rooms a bit dark but Ok. THAO and THUY were taking care of my daughter in the kids club. They are very nice and helpful.

I had checked in with reception. If there is anyway do repair my waist pouch faulty zip. I am pleased to housekeeping team prompt action and gd job to have it fixed within an hour.

Stayed for a night at this hotel.
Great view at the infinity pool and the beach, the swings at the beach help you swing away your stress.
Excellent service. Especially receptionist Dan.
Amazing breakfast.
Loved the stay here, must return next time in Da Nang
