It was under updates while I was there and it was muddy and dirty from construction crew —- but it was quiet and no construction was heard while there ! New furniture was a great improvement to the property

Very clean property with outstanding staff! Ashley was very helpful at check in. Some remodeling going on but in spite of that the property was very very clean! Great convenient location!

Wasn't very pleased with a dimly lit bathroom/vanity area.
The main light was removed. There was a makeshift lamp placed on the counter by the sink with a very low wattage bulb and no lampshade. Very unprofessional. Photo available.

Staff members were kind and easy to work with before and during the stay. (I called in advance to ask about early check-in, and they were so gracious about it.) Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, plenty of lighting and outlets, a really nice desk space (which I used as a vanity desk instead), and lots of storage (for those of us who like to unpack our things). Would definitely stay here again!

The first room bathroom shower curtain rod was broken and the room curtain was also broken. We had to change rooms due to a leak in the ceiling from the 3rd floor on the 2nd night. Moved to the 3rd floor and the room was OK. They need higher toilets I the rooms. These were made for children.

The hotel was nice, and in a central location. Overall cleanliness and quality of room was good. Never went without any supplies. Hotel has seen better days but for value it was a good choice.

Our original room had Asian beetle infestation so was moved to another room (2 queen beds instead of king). Second room also had Asian beetles and tv did not work correctly. Staff was not able to fix tv or beetle issue so good thing we only stayed the one night.

Everyone was soooo nice and helpful. Someone was always at the front desk…didn’t have to ring a bell or anything. Room was very nice. Loved the sink separate from the bathroom as it facilitated two adults and two teenage boys getting ready in the morning. I thought the price was a little steep for what was just a stop overnight for us ($195) but we were trying to find a place late at night after traveling all day and the reviews here were much higher than surrounding hotels.
