La alfombra tenia unas manchas como de algo blanco y no se le quitaban. Y la calefaccion no funcionaba.

Food was good and overall very clean. The building is obviously quite old. Certain areas need a refresh. I had issues with my AC unit not working correctly- the thermostat did not work so it would not turn off when the desired temp was reached. The room was at around 100 deg. F when we first arrived.

the service was to be expected but when i went to go through the side entrance the door was bent like someone pried it. my key wouldn't work. a guy coming out let me in.
the room was freezing cold when i got in. the tub was dirty. i had to clean it before i showered/

Amazing breakfast. Met the cook and he is very passionate about making a good breakfast and it shows. Simply amazing place. Hot tub was very warm.

Housekeeping occurs only every 3rd day—have to go to the front desk for fresh towels. The smell of pot in the hallway outside our room was common. The one morning we went down for the free breakfast, the hot meal employee didn’t show up, so we ate a waffle at the self-serve station with hard boiled eggs and a yogurt.

The hotel is old and the rooms need an update. The pool is patched but still shedding its lining in places. We were given an incorrect room at first. After some discussion we were moved to the room we had booked. The bed was ok.
