For starters when trying to check in, there was nobody around. Front desk changed our room for some reason. I told her I took the room that the website said was available. Went to room and it smelled like a mix of cat pee and cigars. There was some kind of nose dropping that was stuck to the wall and didn’t use one pillow because there was blood on the one side of the pillow case. The jets in the hot tub, only half worked. The next morning at breakfast I tried to make a waffle and no mix, so I went and told the staff member who is obviously not a morning person. She couldn’t even communicate there wasn’t any. Other people there told her about the orange juice that was out and she didn’t seem happy that she had to get more. Around 8:30 ish there was two knocks at the door, housekeeping I answered and she asked if we were checking out today and I said yes we are getting our things together. We still had over 2 hours. Right before 10. Knocking again and my husband got up to answer and here she opened the door with her room key asking if we were going to be checking out. HELLO COMMUNICATE WITH THE FEONT DESK WHEN SOMEONE CHECKS OUT. Planned on going back up in that area but will not be staying there or any Super 8.
