Black crumbs inside sheets when I checked in, smoke smell in room, hair in bathtub. Not very clean.

From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful, cheerful and delightful. Everything was just great. The checkin was seamless. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were awesome. The only downside was the breakfast as it was limited to cereal, waffles and stale danish. But I would still recommend this motel.

The room was nice and staff was friendly
Breakfast had bagels and waffles but no hot food which was ok
There was a smell of **** in complex and when I awoke I could smell in my room

Great location. Clean and safe. Bed was decent. Because rooms open to the outside, it is pretty loud and disruptive when rude guests run and shout in front of your room. But we didn’t complain, so that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Check-in was wonderful and easy. Staff made me feel great. The room is clean and comfortable and up to date. The location is in downtown with easy walking access to restaurants and the university.

Wi-Fi not working so I went to call front desk- phone broken. Went to take a shower. Shower head broken. Stains on bedding. And then the power to the entire motel shut off more than once. Will NEVER stay here again

The room was nice but the area was pretty loud bc I was by the front of the hotel and the breakfast didn’t have as many options as I would have liked. But over all the stay was great

A great property to stay in Chico. It’s not far from the main historical center and close to the university. The breakfast was delicious! You could make your own waffles ! Highly recommend this hotel in Chico!

Room was well laid out recently painted, with over & above amenities - even had reading small light connected to nightstand lights, had a refrigerator, rack for suit case, etc.
