The guy at the reception didn’t care to offer a seat.
The chair has a tattered hand rest.
The hand shower in the bath is rusty.
The bathroom is stinking and floor is dirty

This property is a habit of not giving hand towels unless it’s asked. Always there is an excuse telling laundry late. Safe deposit locker not available in the room. It’s look like there is shortage of locker and shifting from one to another. In our case we asked for the locker in the evening and not delivered until till we complained to the ***ager in the next day.

Service was excellent
Facilities was good.
Food was superb especially the breakfast
Unfortunately, the booking i made through Trip ,com was not relayed to the hotel. When i checked in to the hotel, there was no reservation of my record there. I had to contact a friend of mine who knew the ***ager there to resolve the issue. As a result, i have to wait 1.5 hours at the lobby. It is quite a bad experience. In future, i will contact the hotel directly rather than going through a third party.

Recently I came chennai for business. The staff V prabhu at Savera Hotel are simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and luxury..

Rooms are spacious and good hospitality from all staff especially Ms. Jeni. The breakfast is good masala dosa and vada , good spread. Lovely swimming pool and valet parking , the hotel is always busy . Housekeeping staff are very friendly . Choose savera for location and hospitality

Check-in to check-out I had wonderful experience, hotel was very hygiene, lobby was very clean and tidy, room are well maintained by housekeeping staff, especially Mr prabhu floor ***ager,and Karthikeyan and mahalingam did wonderful job ,,room amenities good quality, swimming pool was outstanding, Breakfast was very good and yummy
