Slippery metal, wet snow, steps to climb down from upstairs. Shower noise and poor drainage. Low to the floor toilet, difficult to get down to and then get back up.

We arrived at 2:50 p.m. Nobody was at the front desk. There was a sign that said something like 'Be right back, please wait.' We had to wait ~10 minutes for a representative to return. After we checked in, we decided to take a nap. At about 4 p.m., an employee used a key to open the door to our room. I heard him yell to someone downstairs, 'They are sleeping!' I opened the door and told him we were in the room and he apologized. The breakfast was good. The property seemed dated, though. For example, the curtains in the room had little holes where they folded vertically. I imagine that was from being repeatedly creased for 20 or 30 years.

Very good. Compliments to the hotel for the hot breakfast, and to the breakfast room attendant who was absolutely focused on keeping everything tidy and food items replenished. Comfortable beds. Good value for the money.

Not bad. Staff at check-in seemed a little disinterested/distracted by his phone, but gave answers when I asked questions.
The room really needed cleaning on all the high traffic/frequently used surfaces - light switches, microwave, coffee maker, tv remote, etc., were all fairly grimy.
The rest of the room, reakfast room, and the lobby were all cleaned better.

We appreciated getting right into 2 main floor rooms. The beds were great and everything nice and clean. We really enjoyed the hit tub area with big and little kids. The main pool ws on the cold side of warm... but everything else was terrific!
