BIG4 Casino Holiday Park is situated in the Richmond Valley on the north coast of NSW, just a 4-minute drive from the Casino town centre and the Richmond River. The property is uniquely set on the grounds of the former Casino Airport, with the original buildings and existing section of runway to explore. The holiday park offers a range of accommodation options including cottages which are styled to mirror the natural surrounds and a variety of spacious sites, large enough to accommodate a caravan, boat or RV. The town of Casino is known as the 'Beef Capital' of Australia and hosts the community festival of Beef Week annually in the last week of May. Guests can also visit the surrounding national parks as well as the historic and art deco buildings of Casino, which can be enjoyed on the 40-minute Heritage Walk. Guests may also choose to take a walk or enjoy a picnic along the Richmond River before heading to the Platypus Pool, where you may be lucky enough to see a platypus. I would love to return soon as the park was amazing very quiet and relaxing only issue was the BBQ beside our cabin was out dated so we did not use but everything else was amazing the staff was amazing the atmosphere was amazing so don’t think just go you won’t be disappointed

We had a wonderful stay. We were in a motorhome. Drive through sites with lovely hedging are so private. We treated ourselves to an en suite which was which was super clean . The pool area is lovely too. It's so quiet and relaxing.. our third visit for ****** Beef Week we will be back again.x

Never again wasn't what was advertised pools were supposed to be heated ammeites could do with a good clean heard the place has gone downhill since New management asking way to much for the dog house they have for sale 😞

The after hour checkin sessions were great as I arrived after dinner. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, plenty of space. Only thing was the next door cabins were so close any early morning car movements prevented a sleep in...

Admin staff were nice and professional, park nice and clean amenities were clean , plenty off space , and being dog friendly was a great bonus especially a last minute booking at the start of the holidays

Cabin was very clean but unfortunately it was looking very tired, need a splash of paint and update bathroom fittings and fixtures. Having said that it had everything we needed and a comfortable bed. The park is well maintained.

This park was a surprise packet. We had a beautiful big grassed site with easy access. The amenities were great and just a short drive to everything the town had to offer. So reasonably priced. We loved our stay there.

Great location. Amenities looked a little “tired” and in need of a deep clean. Staff pleasant and helpful as always. Getting onto our pitch was not at all difficult. The site was flat and the grass cropped short, however it has died off due to the current drought.

The en-suite tent site was perfect. The bathroom clean. The park was quiet and had a great family atmosphere. I was alone and stayed for the ****** Truck Show and felt safe . The staff were friendly and nothing was any trouble.
