We want to give a shoutout to Piper, the receptionist. She was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel was in the midst of renovations, yet they all did their best to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. A Perkins restaurant is directly associated with the hotel, for easy access.

Website didn't say hallway was blocked due to construction and guests would need to go outside to get to breakfast room or front desk or the restaurant. The room was at 74 degrees and thermostat didn't work so hot all night.
Apparently we are getting a free room next time but that just won't happen so actually nothing is being done.

Exterior looks like original construction, but inside is top notch. From check in to housekeeping to the extraordinary breakfast offerings, this is a very well run hotel. We enjoyed the indoor pool, and it’s close proximity to food (restaurant right next door) and the tour bus for Our Lady of the Rockies.
