Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Personal sehr offensichtlich sehr gut geschult und zuvorkommend.
Direkt im Stadtzentrum ist perfekt, wenn man Bummeln oder abends ausgehen möchte. Es gibt einige Hotelparkplätze hinter dem Haus. An der Rezeption sagte man mir, dass man sich einfach melden solle, falls die Hotelparkplätze alles belegt sein sollten, man würde dann schon eine Lösung finden.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very courteous staff, but parking is very limited. We had to drive around the area for quite a while to find a space. Parking is not included as advertised. They have a very small lot which was full and double parked. City center location was noisy.

Not accustomed to the bed spread, I am tall and the covers weren't long enough to my height. The layout of the room was small but comfortable. Cleanliness of the room was very good. We were not in the room much only to sleep in

air conditioning did not work correctly so room was like a oven, wifi was slowest i have ever had in a hotel, could do with a fridge in the room.

Location was good and the stay went well overall. Only thing is that attention to detail was a bit lacking. It felt like they weren’t really prepared for us to arrive to the room. The lights weren’t working properly and the shower soap that’s fixed on the wall was shut so we couldn’t get any soap out until we ourselves had to figure out how to open it. Just little things like that, but otherwise good.

The room we had was very spacious, unfortunately not perfectly clean though. Whereas the hotel is ideally located for a city trip, there are no bathroom amenities offered except for soap. The breakfast is okay, not very up to date though, as gluten free and dairy free options were missing. The staff was very friendly.

Top Hotel mit Frühstück und Service. Super Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, zum Schoppen und flanieren in BS. Kommen gerne wieder. Waren mit Freunden zum Weihnachtswochende in Braunschweig. Wollten mit dem Zug anreisen, wurde durch den Streik leider verhindert. Somit sind wir aufs Auto ausgewichen.
