Cómodo y elegante hotel junto al Danubio. Amplias habitaciones, servicio muy amable. El restaurante también es un valor positivo. Ligeramente alejado del centro. Atención con el desayuno que no está incluido en los precios del hotel y no queda claro en ningún sitio.

Stayed here when it was Kempinski. Was better then. Pool and spa is not included! €38 per person and half price for kids! If you run a bath the temperate does not exceed 45 degrees c. It’s configured on digital bath temperate control and is not hot - rather luke warm. Breakfast does not have the full spread, you need to order certain items. I get this, a cost thing, but if you’re in a rush - it delays things. Tv channels are bad. I think CNN was only English Channel, no sky news or films. No internet tv and could not connect phone to tv.

You must be able to buy a 5 star rating because this place certainly falls short. The room is nice but certainly not 5 stars. The mini bar is outrageously overpriced (I know, they all are, but this one would give you the impression you were in Beverly Hills). I asked the desk for a simple thing to make my visit more comfortable, earplugs, and they didn’t have that. I’ve never stayed in a “5 star hotel” that didn’t offer this simple amenity The breakfast was just bad. For starters they have the audacity to charge €57 for their buffet. I almost burst out laughing! We chose the a la carte option and I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering the omelette. It was absolutely disgusting. It was overcooked and swimming in oil. An omelette shouldn’t be crunchy. When I booked this they mention some rooms have a hill view. I’d advise against it as we had a lovely view of a cemetery. Bottom line, this is a 3 star hotel posing as a 5 star hotel. You have better options in Bratislava

Excellent hotel, wonderful stay. Excellent location right at the Danube; not in the city centre, but good for a walk into the city centre. Staff attended to everything well, most staff are excellent. Breakfast excellent

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. They fixed everything from transfer, upgrade, service. Very polite and smiley people working there. The lounge in Grand Living Room where ok. Our room was amazing- unless a bit hard bed. The breakfast where good. The spa was amazing. We will definitively recommend for a luxury weekend.
