Hotel and staff were friendly. The only disappointing factor was the hot tub was shut down and wouldn't be open until at least 7am the next morning. When we checked out just before 9am it still wasn't open. We even called the day before to confirm it was in working condition. I know things can't be helped but were really looking forward to relaxing. The room was great and breakfast was good. Coffee a little too strong for my taste :)
Will stay again.

I think fragrance deodorants had been used too many times on my room. Very strong, disagreeable odor permeated the room, impossible to remove. Otherwise the room was great.

The beds were very comfortable. The door lock needed to be repaired and the toilet seat would pinch my legs every time I used it. The only other thing was it needed a couple more USB ports. There was only one and it only worked when the tv was on.

Wasn’t to bad, except no swimming towels and no and paid through ******* like a couple months before and got their and she was trying to tell us that we weren’t paid for ! Took a while to get it sorted out , kids were getting really impatient ! Checking in and paid for that far in advance should be much easier !

Had a great sleep. Very comfortable bed. Great TV. The breakfast was good. Could have added some meat protein like sausage or bacon though. Very friendly staff. I will definitely stay there again.

We have been coming to this hotel regularly for probably over 15 years. Normally pretty decent and generally felt like a good value stay. The hotel is relatively modernized, clean, has a nice small indoor pool and is conveniently situated on Trans Canada highway.
This trip was unfortunately spoiled by other guests' children that were running up and down hall ways and causing considerable noise well into the night. Complaints were made to hotel staff but this did not seem to make much difference and we ended up with a poor night's sleep. Breakfast variety was disappointing. Unfortunately I think this will be out last stay here as we have had similar problems in past and just brushed them off at the time.

The staff was excellent. I needed some help for something personal and they were very quick to assist me however they could. Room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to try the pool. My only negative was that the room smelled a bit like air freshener and I’m sensitive to that.

There were multiple hockey teams staying at the hotel. I had no issue with any of the kids running around and having fun. The problem was the parents after the kids went to bed hanging around outside of our room in the smoking area outside yelling until 2 am. Also the room was not clean. We put the bed runner on the couch before we sat on it because of all of the stains. The standing lamp was also stained with something pink.
