Very run down. A box of McNuggets (full) was still under our bed. If you need to rest your head, ok. If you are needing/wanting anything else you should look elsewhere.

Was way overpriced. Breakfast was meh, facilitates worn and the pool was freezing. Typical hair in the bathtub and sink.

Pool was not heated, pillows were very small and so was the bathroom. Toilets and sink very low to the ground. Entire hotel was very outdated. However, service was great!

Conveniently located on IA Hwy 30 in Boone. Easy check in, friendly desk staff. Quiet, clean, and spacious king room with the usual furnishings. Unfortunately, for me, the bed was too hard so I couldn’t get comfortable. Typical continental breakfast options. Would stay here again; good value for $$$.

The Baymont in Boone Iowa is our choice to stay in while visiting our family in Ames. Always clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy parking nearby. Love it!

The lady at check in was very nice.
The first thing that hit me about the room was the moldy/musty smell from the AC unit. Got that turned off and thankfully the window opened. The pool was a little cold and there was green mold/algae on the bottom in several spots. Facility definitely needs updating.

I would never stay here again. The night shift receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. The facilities are outdated and dilapidated in comparison to the photos they choose to share online. The showers are moldy with cracked, peeling caulking. In my opinion, this hotel is overpriced and disgusting. Save yourself and stay somewhere else.
