La estadía estuvo muy bien en el hotel. Los baños y habitaciones son muy pequeñas lo cual no lo hace muy conveniente con niños y maletas.

La habitación estaba bien. El baño estaba lleno de moho. La ducha o el wc perdía agua. Avise pero nunca lo arreglaron. Tuve que poner toallas en el suelo.
Es una pena porque el hotel tiene su encanto pero el baño está descuidado, las baldosas y la ducha enverdecidas. Da la impresión de sucio

Costa Sariyaz is quite different from the pictures. The main area and pool is very nice. However, rooms are very different in a bad way. Beds are uncomfortable. We got 2 rooms and both were ok. Staff is not so friendly and for us the hotel is just ok. We even ask for towels to take to the beach and they don’t give you. This I consider a poor quality service as you’re tourist and obviously not carrying towels around to go to the beach. At breakfast if you want orange juice they charge you extra even though you have included breakfast.
Location is perfect because it’s 10 minutes walking from the center and beach.
Too bad cause I believe the hotel has good potential for giving a better service and room conditions.

We stayed here for our final night in Bodrum. We had just got off a Sail so this was a lovely hotel to come to for a night after our weeks sail.
The staff were so accommodating as soon as we were welcomed to the hotel. They helped with our luggage to the room and we were able to relax and sun bathe as soon as we got there.
They even let us have a late check out which was amazing for us as we had a 15 hour journey back home so to stay and relax at the hotel was amazing. I will definitely be returning and for longer than 1 night! The astetic of the hotel was lovely, with sun loungers, a pool area and the place was very bright and clean!
I could not recommend this hotel more! The staff were so accommodating!

After 3 complaints and two bad reviews for NO HOT WATER, I promised them I would give a 5 star rating if they would turn on the hot water heater. They did on Day 3 so here is the 5 star review. But the hotel owner keeps two very large dogs in the center courtyard and they often howl at passing cats betwwen 2a and 5a waking up many of the guests.

Pool steps are very slippery. I, as well as two other guests, was hurt by slipping into the pool. I brought the issue to the attention of the reception. His response was that they are aware of it but can't do much.
I had booking for 3 people but rather than having two beds we were given one double bed and a very hard couch. Not convenit at all.
