Fue un regalo de mi mujer, un pack Wonderbox. Desde que contacté con él hotel hasta nuestra llegada la comunicación fue muy rápida, siempre contestando en español (es de agradecer). El hotel está situado en una calle semi-peatonal, muy céntrico al lado de la playa. Nosotros reservamos a través del hotel una plaza en un parking cercano, está a unos 200m. Es un hotel pequeñito con mucho encanto, bien decorado y cuidado. La habitación es acogedora y silenciosa, donde el descanso esta asegurado. También ofrecen la posibilidad de desayunar, totalmente recomendado, buen desayuno. Los empleados se portaron excelente bien, desde que llegamos nos ayudaron y facilitaron la estancia en todo (que visitar, donde comer, cenar, etc...) resaltar la amabilidad y el buen hacer de Tomás. Para terminar, solo decir que merece la pena visitar Biarritz y aloj**** en este Hotel.

Hotel pequeñito y acogedor. Con un estilo de decoración peculiar. Tiene unas habitaciones con patio interior que tienen sus propias mesas y terracita. El personal amable y el desayuno tampoco estaba mal. Se encuentra a 20 segundos de la playa, muy buena zona y con varios bares a los alrededores. Repetiré

A lovely quirky boutique hotel which is family run. It is small, but size isn't everything here. It is exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. A further bonus is that it is right at the edge of la petite plage and all the best bars and restaurants are just a stones throw away. This is a little gem.

I’ve never written a review like this before - but you should know this hotel is certainly not value for money. In fact it’s not a four star it’s more two star - rooms with the ocean view !!! you have to lean out of the balcony and look to the far right - the rooms are incredibly small. -They are three hands spans at each side of the bed, so narrow that you hit your head when you get out of the bed-the toilet is immediately off the bedroom with no extraction that works. Consequently all odours are in the bedroom. There is no light switch by the side of the bed to switch off the main lights, this is a prerequisite for a four star hotel. Just because the room has a coffee machine and a few small letter headings pieces of paper with pencils. It doesn’t make it a four star hotel. This needs to be reviewed immediately by the powers that be Consequently, not recommended

Altogether a very nice hotel, in a very convenient position. If arriving by car, it can be a little tricky to navigate to somewhere close enough to the hotel to unload your luggage, however, the location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Biarritz

The location is fabulous and the staff wonderful and accomodating. We had a problem and they were quick to rectify and took care of us . So p so pleased and we will be back for another stay when in Paris again!

The staff were incredibly helpful, generous and thoughtful, they made our stay a positive experience. The hotel is in a great location for a brief stay in Biarritz.
Our rooom was at the front of the hotel and we stayed at the hotel over a public holiday weekend so it was a little noisy in the evenings. We both found the bed was a little too soft.
But the staff really made our stay enjoyable.

Fabulous hotel lovely staff very comfortable so close to everything will return and recommend to others we had a lovely stay and were treated so well just perfect. Had gift waiting on arrival as special occasion and complimentary drinks. Free water in fridge very comfy clean and friendly exceeded expectations
