Excelente hotel, todo estuvo muy bueno, desayunos espectaculares, el.personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto ayudar en lo que necesites, súper recomendable si estás por negocios o Turismo con familia !!

IT WAS A COMFY STAY WITH GREAT AMBIANCE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE ROOM WAS NICE WITH ALL THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS. I ESPECIALLY LOVED THE BATHROOM WHICH HAVE A GLASS VIEW FROM THE ROOM. REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM WERE GOURMET. THE RESTAURANT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR WITH A GREAT CHEF FOR VEGETARIAN FOOD. THERE IS A SPA AND HEALTH CARE FACILITIES ALSO PARTY HALL.

After a hard day's work, spending an hour in the gym at the Sarovar Premiere is a joy. The very professional Gym Instructor , Mr Sandeep Patel always smiling and courteous, instills a feeling of relaxation and harmony that are the right notes to feel at ease.I visited for personal training with Mr Sandeep best personal trainer ever, Mr .Sandeep was amazing, so nice, helpful and kind ..Overall highly recommended.

excellent in all departments. The frontdesk was very prompt at time of arrival and departure,the house keeping was very efficient and prompt in attending our requirements,food was very good quality and range of dishes offered was excellent

We had a nice stay at Efcee Sarovar Premiere Bhavnagar. Service was prompt, room was spacious with all amenities. There is one café and one restaurant within the property and serves vegetarian food. But they serve non-veg food for in room dinning. Food was good, we tried chicken tawa biryani (lunch) and chicken noodles (dinner). Portion was pretty good and was enough two. Driver accommodation was also provided by them. We checked out at 6:30am without any hassle. All support staffs were available. Over all we had a great stay.

Not upto the 5 star standards, the lock system for the doors went down, no access to room for more than 1 hour, the front desk staff was not at all helpful and rudest behavior i have faced in an 5 star property, the room was empty but wasn't given key for check-in kept me waiting for another 30 min.

After using spa and had rash all over but no one was bothered to take up matter seriously have posted photographs on google of my legs after spa only seniors coming and reciprocating v will cal u back sir was the only reply I got till date nothing

The hotel is very well maintained, the staff are extremely friendly, and the restaurant facilities is very good. They have an excellent gym instructor Sandeep Patel available for the residence free of charge which is service not provided by ***y hotels Sandeep Patel has been very well trained and gives very useful tips on keeping fit and advises how to carry out exercises complying with health and safety regulations.
