Cosy and welcoming hotel. Confortable bedding even in standard rooms. Charming green and flowered garden around the pool. This is highly appreciable, mostly in the town centre. We shall definitely come back.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Extremely helpful staff and always seemed to go out of their way to help. The room was very comfortable and had tea making facilities. We had to leave another hotel short notice and they were able to help us out quickly with a room. Great location for walking and seeing Bergerac. Bergerac itself is lovely. The breakfast was fabulous for a continental breakfast and the car parking was secure and safe. A nice swimming pool area also. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself was fine and the staff were helpful. That was until I realised that I had left items of clothing in the room on departure. They initially said they weren’t there but when I said that if that was the case, they had been stolen and I would report to the police, they were miraculously found. I paid 25 euros to have these returned to me. I then find that these parcels have been incorrectly marked when sending and I now have to pay a further £25 customs charge to retrieve my items. I can only challenge this customs payment once I’ve paid it. Be warned. If you leave items in your room accidentally, assess the potential charges before deciding if these are worth being returned to you!

Really welcoming hotel just on the edge of Bergerac town We had the comfort room which looked over the swimming pool and it was very quiet at night. Jennifer who worked on reception every afternoon and evening was so helpful and gave loads of advice on where to go and where to eat in the old town. All of the staff spoke excellent English but were prepared to listen to our French language attempts We had our last day relaxing round the pool as the weather was really hot. Drinks are served but no food. However there are a few sandwich shops just at the end of the road just in front of the large church. For something different try the amazing chocolatier just across from the church which serves focaccia slices and tartlets which were a nice change from a sandwich Hotel breakfast was very good and worth the 10 euros. Secure parking available if you require it. Just beware that Taxis from the airport may not as available as the airport suggests. It’s only 10 mins into town at sbout 15 to 18 euros. But we were aware of guests who had had to wait for almost 1 and a half hours for a taxi at busy times.

The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Bergerac city centre. It has private parking for a modest fee. The rooms are functional and clean, and with respect to corona measures I felt very safe. It’s difficult to review hotels at this time as corona measures limit the decorative touches and everything is very minimalistic. We also had to place our used towels in bags provided by the hotel. However, the welcome, the kindness, the warmth of the front desk, the personnel in the breakfast area and housekeeping is what made this stay special. We had a very modest room, if we return I’d take something a little more expensive as the bathroom was quite cramped. Would definitely return, bed was comfortable and the breakfast spread was varied and generous. Above all, a good team, running this team make all the difference.

Spent 4 nights here for a working visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke great English, the room although small was comfortable and clean with good Wi-Fi.
breakfast was well presented and a good choice, enjoyed my stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was a little tight, had there of been two of us we would have been cramped. Having said that it is in a good position and not expensive.
