Best service and even got an upgrade to club, stayed here many many times and service was impeccable as always. Best stay for short weekend staycation!

Staff were awesome!, Amenities, accessibility, transportation and needs all easy. Food, shopping, spa, services, friendliness, excellent! This will be my second times to book the same hotel, security and safety are well taken off as this is the priorities of every guests would look into it. 5/5 excellent!

Definitely one of my fave hotels. Staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The welcome drink they gave upon arrival was delicious. Breakfast spread was great and tasty with a gorgeous view of the harbour bay. Spa was awesome too. I really enjoyed my one night stay here and would recommend everyone to come and experience this. Already planning my next trip to come here!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal.
The are plenty of dining options within the Harbour Bay mall. You can find all the popular eateries (Malaya Cafe, Morning Bakery etc…) within the mall.
The hotel is about 10-15 mins Taxi/Grab ride to the Nagoya area where there are even more dining and shopping options.
The room itself is quite spacious and very clean. We given the balcony unit. However the view of the swimming pool and the sea was mostly obstructed by trees. The aircon in the room is quite cold and there we were unable to adjust the temperature. Only the fan speed can be tweaked. The bed was comfy and j slept very well.
The infinity pool is small but nice. The same goes for the gym. It is sufficiently equipped for workout enthusiasts like me.
We paid for around S$30 for the breakfast buffet and it was pretty good.
The hotel stay was kind of pricey. Would highly recommend if it’s below $250 per night.
Overall my experience was great and I would come back again for my next trip to Batam. I would also consider Four Points By Sheraton which is also owned by the Marriott group.

1. Booked sea view room but Trip.com registered with this hotel as city view, lucky my membership allowed me to upgrade the room myself for free.
2. Hotel location is good, but amenities are old. Toilet curtain was broken.
3. Nearby shopping centres are left with only 1.
4. Buffet breakfast is average, very salty.
5. Do not try the ESKA spa nearby as it is really not that good and expensive.

Conveniently located next to Harbour Bay ferry terminal, the hotel is less than 5mins walk thru the Bayfront Mall. Good selection of local style restaurants, cafes and convenience stores there. A nice waterfront promenade is located next to the hotel which is great in the evenings for watching sunsets. Staffs are friendly especially Reza & Andre. Welcome drinks are served.
Rooms are nice and cosy. Beds are comfy. Will definitely come back when wish for a staycation at Batam 👍
