I stayed there two nights for the trip. For the first night, it wasn’t good at all about the general water to use but the second night was good.

A tired hotel that feels like more of a Homestay and quite unloved . The price is too high for the quality of the hotel . The whole place is not very clean at all . Breakfast however is pretty good but very unorganised .

Hotel dejado, sucio y destartalado. Luces sin funcionar, grifos estropeados, lámparas rotas, sábanas agujereados .. sin mantenimiento alguno. Desayuno nada especial. El peor hotel sin duda en el que nos hemos alojado durante el viaje. El vigilante nocturno a nuestra llegada estaba orinando en la.entrada y había bebido en exceso. Estar dos días sin agua caliente fue lo que menos me molestó. No lo recomiendo. Nos equivocamos eligiendo esta opción.

Un hotel común en Battambang: cama muy dura e incómoda, la habitación no daba a una piscina, la ducha tenía agua, no teníamos agua caliente, las cortinas no eran efectivas. Cerradura interesante (candado) para la habitación. Pedimos un servicio de habitaciones, estuvo bien. Parecía una buena familia dirigiendo el lugar, pero es más una sensación de casa de huéspedes.

A wonderful garden, nice rooms and bathrooms, good restaurant and very polite and efficient staff. The hotel is a quiet oasis far from the noisy Battambang and the ratio price quality is perfect. A perfect place in Cambodia

The Sanctuary has the great atmosphere of a hidden secret garden with a pool in the middle surrounded by bungalow style rooms. The rooms are very spacious but would need a bit of a facelift, including the change of some furniture and that would really elevate the marketability of the hotel. The staff were super nice, they organized a boat ride for the next day very late in the evening. It didn’t even feel right to complain about the fact that they forgot our promised packed breakfast the next morning.

The pictures are over 10 years old. Please take time to investigate BEFORE paying for a room. The hotel is half the size shown, the rooms have not been refreshed in many years. The bathroom is dirty, small, and the toilet and shower room is on broken cement on a downward slope. The mattress is very hard so if stiff, hard mattress is your choice, it may work for you. Just very, very difficult for any person with disabilities.
