Impeccable service by the staffs. They were helpful in assisting with our needs. Great place facing the sea, the sunset is a must-catch!
There are total 4 restaurants in the resort, however vegetarians are limited to just Tadd’s restaurant - where dishes such as Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng are customisable to cater to such dietary preferences.
For breakfast there are fruits, bread, sweet potato, roti prata, omelette station and much more variety.
Price is on the higher end if you are dining here for lunch and dinner.

Upon arrival front desk gave confusing info about our booking. Told us to top up more if we wanted to be near each other when we had already overbooked & paid premium prices. Realised mistake only when we got keys to villa. Made front desk reverse the top-up charge as our villas could accommodate 10pax when there were only 6 of us. Request to cancel 1 villa was rejected. Postponement of 1 villa for a later date was thankfully approved. Trip.com was difficult but hotel was accommodating.
Facilities looked worn & problematic. Water from tap in master bedrm was yellowish. Pool pump not working well so water looked a little murky. Underwater pool lamp was intermittent. One even fell out. Dangerous yet not fixed. TV remote not working, had to get staff to check & replace batteries. Aircon made noises when louvres moved.
Toiletries were of low quality, couldn’t even compare with 3-star hotels.
Food pricing exorbitant. A warung meal cost 2 million for 6 pax. To get private hire to drive us out for seafood would cost us only 50% of that. But that meant time wasted & less time for chillax.
Breakfast had wide variety but tea & coffee were limited to 2 choices from dispensers like seminar style. Other options were chargeable. Bread & pastries were not exactly fresh.
Only consolation for trip was the nice sea view plus very friendly & helpful staff, especially the buggy drivers. Technician even helped fix loose screw on my mom’s wheelchair. That made the stay more pleasant. Kudos to the staff!
As a 5-star resort, we felt standards were short. Hope things improve when we next visit as we truly like the relaxing environment away from the crowd.

We are a family of 2 adults with a toddler staying at the premier one bedroom studio. It is my husbands birthday and the staff came by with a surprise cake and song. Thank you to the team for the efforts in decorating the room for birthday boy. A few issues happened during our stay but the service crew attended to them swiftly: room door could not open due to low battery and we were assigned the wrong room ( deluxe instead of premier). The service crew works 24 hr and responds very quickly to our WhatsApp inquiries. They drove my hubby around 4am midnight to collect grab delivery . Premier room is so much better in my opinion, for the view and the smart tv. Room is clean and bed is the soft type. The service staff are all very friendly, smiley and children loving. Buffet breakfast is good, widespread options. Toddler gets complimentary breakfast. Our favourite highlights are: the view of the sea through the bathroom windows and balcony, spa next to the sea breeze, the Pandan drinks at the spa, playing at our own swimming pool, lunch at tadd restaurant is the best, the atv experience is worth a try, play area for kids at tilo kids club. We love the buggy service , my son likes to sit with the driver. Probably one thing the resort can consider upgrading is the food quality. Food is decent but for the price, it can be better comparing to other Singapore restaurants nowadays. Overall we love the experience , the vibes, the people and we hope to come back again.

Great accommodation, staff were extremely kind and helpful. A superb stay however the Villa pool could be better as it kept draining and remain half pool filled during the 2nd day stay but honestly not too much of an upset as there are 2 other big pools near to the resort’s eateries.
Overall, 5/5! 👍

2nd time staying here. This time I'm staying alone at 2 bedroom hillside villa. Location is very near the ferry terminal. The hotel provide free shuttle to and from hotel. Great customer service. Very clean room. Food is alright. Stayed on weekdays so it was a bit quiet and scary for 1 person to stay in a huge villa. Got to walk around and explore the resort. Visited the animals corner where they had rabbits and chickens. Room service was good and fast. Buggy service too. Overall I like the ambience.

This resort is like a wonderland full of activities to try out. The view from the room was spectacular overlooking the sea. Service was 10/10 with friendly and accommodative staff. Shoutout to Dennis for making our stay a pleasant one and his commendable hospitality. Will definitely come back again.
