This clearly used to be a very nice and modern hotel but it now has a bit of a dated feeling; it's still ok but I wouldn't rush back to it.

Great bar and bar food. great breakfast but the hotel room although a good size and well laid out as very poor fitting windows which makes it very noisy with street traffic when trucks are cars drive past

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Maritime. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They took time out to chat with people and made you feel like a valued guest. Food and drink service were very good and not too pricey. We had a one bedroom suite which allowed us an element of self catering but with hotel facilities. This is a perfect base location for touring West Cork.

We had a wonderful time at the Maritime Hotel, especially at the bar where we lived the true irish experience with some local folks singing old irish songs. We highly recommend this hotel. Everything was just perfect !

The Maritime Hotel is in a great location for exploring Bantry and West Cork. Lovely hotel with agreeable staff will make your visit to Bantry memorable.

Parking is across the street and underground. Rooms are large and ours had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was included. It really good with lots of choices.
I don’t recommend drinking the tap water from the room. It has a brownish tint.

Easy to get to and walkable to local shops and restaurants. We had a second floor room that was on the roadside and was a little noisy. If you want a hotel that’s easy to get to with parking and a great location this is the place.
