We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The first room had leftover food on the floor. So, they moved us to another room, which had broken glass on the sink counter. Not only that, the room reeked of cigarettes, when we specifically asked for a hypoallergenic room. We had to spend the night in that room since there were no other rooms available.
We overpaid for this stay, and we did not get our money’s worth.
This establishment is in dire need of renovation (especially new carpeting) and better quality control for housekeeping.

This is a basic, no-frills inn so things like cleanliness and a decent breakfast count for a lot.
This place checked both of those boxes and was less than $100 a night.

Check in was super easy! Staff is welcoming and friendly. New employee was training and they acknowledged me and let me know it would be a short wait for check in. I appreciate at least being acknowledged. It’s the difference between great customer service and good customer service. Room was clean and tidy! One of the best in Bangor at a reasonable rate.

This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside, things are clean and organized. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The included breakfast was perfect for what we wanted/needed. Overall, this hotel was perfect for our needs, and I enjoyed my one-night stay. I will be returning to Bangor from time to time, so I will definitely stay here again!

Ice machine on 2nd floor out of order. Vending machine second floor not working. Toilets low pressure hard to flush. Poor drainage of the sink.

Friendly front desk service and breakfast service. Nice selection for complimentary breakfast. Our bathtub definitely required an update!! Appeared clean but stained from age with some damage evident. Did not get a room refresh on our second day. Overall, a good stay!
