Great location. Fabulous friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Lovely room with extremely comfortable bed. Delicious food and plenty of it! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Great view from the balcony. Relaxing pool and fantastic choice of entertainment. Will definitely go back!

Passed through MSA and had a short stay .. excellent rooms .. Very wide beachfront area with lovely hanging palm trees .. always watched the sunrise there ..spectacular.. also saw the newly refurbed dining area with a beautiful new corner bar The management was there to see all was good .. friendly staff .. wish could stay few more days

We had a family vacation of a huge group about 7 with kids and we had an awesome time The rooms were really comfortable and spacious They have themed nights our first night there was a Friday and they had a deejay in house the music was 👌 Second night was a karaoke night we sung our hearts out woke up the next morning with no voice 🤭 The third night we had a lovely band Looooved the staff and food the best part was their pool side where the bar is at the pool side a

Average room and amenities pleasant staff, average breakfast, bad WI-FI Refurbishing and renovating required. Great location next to the beach and nearby there are restaurants and bars to visit. Good access to boats and guides for the water and coral lovers.

We spent an amazing weekend at this address.They went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We enjoyed the food which we found fresh and tasty with some distant instrumental music in the background(I love Kenny G).We relished,especially,the Indian corner and having a choice of what ingredients to put in the fried eggs...beside witnessing how they are prepared...at breakfast. After dinner on Saturday,we had a session of karaoke with the sociable and charming lady DJ playing our requests in between performances. On sunday,we had a walk on the beach in all safety and spend the rest of the day lounging by the poolside sipping white wine and sinking our teeth in chicken poussin with constant attention from the waiting staff. I can't talk enough about the quiet and the peace that comes with it in the room that has a spacious bathroom replete with a shower and bath tub. One night and one day are not enough to enjoy all the amazing aspects of the hotel;we definitely have to come back for a longer stay to savour it all. Again,asante sana.

Hotel has good food and has advantage of a good location at the beach. However, the entire hotel facilities require a facelift - from the lobby to the rooms...the rooms need a serious refresh with new linen and towels.

We were disappointed from the word go. The rooms allocated to us were old with no signs of usage for a long time. A bath room door could not open in one room. We rejected the rooms and we were moved to others, this took like 3 hours. Only to find one room had a leaking bathroom. To cut the long story, we had to cut short our stay here and move to another hotel. Services have deteriorated - Whatever is happening to this hotel, needs to be checked and corrected urgently. ,😢

The waiters and staff are extremely friendly and the food is great. They are prompt to attend to any issues arising be it in your room or if you have an issue with the food. The hotel itself is spacious with easy access to the beach. It's been quite a great experience.

Kenya Bay Hotel exceeded my expectations, the warm reception at check-in set the tone for a stay marked by attentive and friendly staff. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach offered convenient access to the shoreline for moments of relaxation and contemplation. The on-site dining options were diverse with a selection of local flavors - We especially enjoyed the delicious selection at breakfast. The facilities were tidy and well maintained including the pool and recreational areas. This hotel delivers a fantastic stay that combines quality and affordability. It's undoubtedly a top choice for those seeking both a memorable experience and great value in Mombasa. A special thank you to the management and staff for making our stay memorable!
