The Inn at Aspen

Very friendly staff, right at the base of buttermilk (but they got a shuttle service that takes guests around Aspen, highlands, airport. ). Easy and free parking, restaurant is ok… they also have a very functional gym, heated pool and hot tub

Needs an upgrade for the cost of the rooms. Bed and towels were comfortable. Clean. Easy access to buttermilk. The shuttle drivers were the best, the most knowledgeable about the town and what was happening over the weekend Vs victor who checked us in. He was quite unhelpful. ******* did not get our reservations through to the hotel so on arrival he said he couldn’t find it and at one point I thought he was going to leave it at that until I showed him my reservation. Then he went to talk to his manager and came out like he was going to do me a favor and book the room anyways… at that point I should have left. He didn’t know anything about the events that week and seemed like we were bothering him by asking. We initially got a room that smelled like someone smoked in it and sprayed it with too much fragrance. It felt like a nuisance to have him switch our room. Not exactly what I was hoping for when starting a vacation. Then the morning of checkout the room next door’s alarm went off at 6am and it was ongoing until we had to call front desk to turn it off, asked for late checkout due to the inconveniences and at first he said they need to prep the rooms for xgames. That’s in a couple weeks? I get that I don’t work there and don’t know the prep but man I did not feel like a welcomed customer. He ended up giving us an hour extra and I get that was an extra but the series of events just ******. Jake and Ronnie our shuttle drivers made the vacation worth while. Thank you to them.

Enjoyed the kitchenette in guest room and the availability of laundry right down the hall. Enjoyed the hot tub and the coffee each morning while we sat in the peaceful lobby along w the fireplace. Only negative would be needed napkins at the coffee area. Friendly staff too.

Love the location and the shuttle service to downtown and the airport is so convenient.

It is clean. Comfortable. Good service. Shuttle services is excellent great view. Convenient parking.

Rooms are small and smell a bit moldy, e had to change our room, also barely any water through the shower.

I think the Inn at Aspen has to work at fixing the problem areas. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work the phone didn’t work and the staff definitely needs more training. The Restaurant was very nice, great food. And the hotel was clean. Just need to fix and update the essentials. And update for the cost of the hotel it should have been much nicer.

The hotel has a great feel walking in & the staff was very pleasant!! The room we had was GREAT very clean and cozy wish the stay was longer!! One AWESOME feature is our room was located on the parking lot side and had a door we could access the parking lot directly. So you were able to come and go without disturbing other guests or having to walk through the lobby area. The food at the bar/resturant on site was also great. If they are offering the Apple Cobbler…do yourself a favor and order it….DELICIOUS!
