I was very disappointed that the room I requested when making reservations wasn’t available. If I was staying more than one night, I would have left. On top of that, I had to pay $15.00 for early check in (1:00). Phone didn’t work, sheets for sofa bed were dirty. Contacted front desk about phone and sheets, it was taken care of immediately.

The Staff were super nice to us. We had a medical emergency with a friend that was also staying there which required us to stay with him at a local Hospital from 10 PM until 7 Am the next morning. They were gracious enough to let us have a late check out so we could get a little sleep before a 6-hour drive home. A special thanks to "Jasmine" working the night shift desk for her kindness, understanding and her prayers. She is one special lady!

They let me check in late. The bed was not made. There were used rags still in the room. It was still used soap in the bathroom. The one guy they had working overnight, said that “there is no overnight services.”It just wasn’t worth it. Especially with all the other hotels to choose from around it.

This was my first time at this brand of hotel so I didn’t have any expectations. I was surprised in a good way. The room was well appointed for a short stay and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The gym was small but had everything I needed for a couple of workouts. There was also a very well stocked breakfast in the morning. I have special food needs and I found plenty to eat. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I had never been there before but will definitely go back.

This hotel is actually better than higher end/rated hotels. You have a kitchenette that's stacked with pots/pans/plates/dishwasher. I like the spacing and set up.
You can hear people leaving in and out of their room...which is the case for any hotel.
I enjoyed this place and will probably stay here again.

We only spent one night there and not much hang-out time. But it was very new and clean. The breakfast had minor problems but was ok. As these longer-stay places go, this was extremely pleasant. Tucked away in a newly-developed stretch, not much character but very quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was inside
But the bathroom sink didn’t have a mirror or anything in the hallway looks like it broke and they just blanked it off but other then that nice clear rooms perfect for the work trip
