Lost electricity. Microwave chirping all night
Heater never came back on making noise all night.
Before lost power tv had no way of watching anything on it.
Not used to this hotel being so crappy. Stayed here many times usually love very unhappy.

I LOVE the Regent AA because the staff is always so nice the place is ALWAYS clean breakfast is great the hottub & pool is nice the game room is AWESOME!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, the staff is excellent, really cool indoor pool area, free continental breakfast, and I definitely recommend getting a room with a jetted tub. It's worth it!

Check-in was very pleasant and efficient. Property is clean. It seems to be an older property but is well-maintained while keeping its personality. A lot of amenities (pool, hot tub, billiards, a beautiful courtyard for congregating). There appeared to be a family "reunion" or some sort during our stay. The layout of the property allows a large group to spread out but stay connected. The active children of the group couldn't be heard when inside the rooms. I have a family member who has decided to stay in the area after her recent graduation so I will definitely book future reservations here. It's right off the highway and just down the road from shopping and dining options.

I've stayed at the Regent before and at another local hotel. Far and above the Regent is better. The hotel is charming, has good amenities and a very nice staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hot breakfast options, beautiful grounds, well maintained, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location, and the pool and spa area was outstanding! What more could you ask for! Thank you for a great stay!

A great place. Shuttle bus from/ to the Big House. Perfect location near the campus and everything in Ann Arbor.

They need new lighting in the bathrooms it is very dark. The mattresses need updating some terrible but over all we will stay there again for football games.
