It is a hotel that I have returned to because of the location, very clean, comfortable rooms and impeccable decoration 👏👍 excellent service, the price is worth it.

Our flight was cancelled and we booked this hotel the day of. I would highly recommend. The front desk man upgraded us immediately (due to flight cancellation we arrived 5 hours before normal check in) so that we could get into our room. The front desk as great. The room, bathrobe, coffee/water in the room were nice touches. it is right across the street from an incredible food market and walking distance to old town. although it was a quick stay, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!

Truly one of the most beautiful hotels in the US. I found a reduced rate 3rd party which always annoys me. Hotels should book direct at the same rate. There was no hair conditioner in the bath, two lotions.

The property is wonderful. The problem was the housekeeping. We were left with four moisturizers and no shampoo. We were asked for new drinking glasses and never received them. Otherwise a lovely stay.

The Hotel was very nice. The gym was fantastic as well as the outdoor area. Easy walking distance to Old Town, the Sawmill eatery, and museums. The only complaint is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. There is a see-through window in the shower area to the rest of the room. You can see everything even from the toilet area. This seems to be trendy in newer, more modern hotels, and I wish it were not. I prefer privacy when in the restroom.

The hotel is across the street from the SawMill, which is a great eatery. Hotel Chaco also has a rooftop bar/restaurant which provides a beautiful view of the city. It is also very convenient to downtown locations. It is our favorite place to stay on when we come to ABQ.

First time in Albuquerque and this was an excellent hotel to stay at. Not a lot on amenities but perfect for a short business trip.
