Lo único "bueno" que tiene, es su ubicación, está muy cerca del centro pero sin el barullo que hay en este. todo lo demás, mal. El desayuno, escaso y de calidad mediocre, la habitación muy pequeña (que no engañen las fotos) , el baño es ridículamente diminuto. Además nuestra habitación estaba suplicando una reforma urgente de A.A., nevera, lámparas y muebles. Se oyen las conversaciones delas otras habitaciones!! El personal, de trato neutro, ni amable ni lo contrario. Tuvimos la sensción de hacer rico al propietario por el precio exorbittado que tuvimos que abonar a cambio de algo así. Si no encuentras otro sitio disponible, se puede utilizar de alojamiento, eso si, 1 o 2 personas muy apañadas para no salir a tortas por la falta de espacio.

Everything was great except the problem we had about our reserved room.
We booked the superior room but they gave us the deluxe room which was smaller, and when we explaiend our problem neither the hotel nor the ******* took the responsibilty of that.
Apart from that, our terrace was veru cute. It overlooked a beautiful alley, and the room and the hotel itself was full of cute detailes.

The good :- authentic, traditional hotel approx 200m away front alacati markets, bars and restaurants. Very clean, a unique place to stay. Lovely staff they even arranged a free car transfer to beach for us on first day! Breakfast was good... traditional Turkish with minimum of a dozen tapas type dishes brought to our table.
The bad :- disturbed sleep on both night's there. noise from other rooms due to poor (nil) sound insulation. Can hear other guest's even in their bathroom!!! Noise from other tourists walking past bedroom window, talking shouting singing wtc till 3am. Music was played loudly nearby till 4.30am. We left feeling tired and it left a sour taste tbh. Shame

Everything was perfect during my stay in June 2023. Yes, rooms are small but have everything I needed. Yes, staff don’t speak fluent English but neither do I and still they were more than welcome to help me in everything, from my lost luggage in the airport till my daily transfers to all the cool beach clubs they suggested (and a special thanks to Nadia, she’s really great). Really, all the staff is amazing!! Yes, there is an extra cost for coffee during breakfast but boy, WHAT A BREAKFAST 😋, better than lots of 5 star hotels. Yes, Maison d’Azur is within walking distance from the cozy but noisy streets of Alaçati, but I don’t remember hearing a noise during my sleeping hours. And plus, it is sooo convenient being about 2 minutes from all the restaurants and bars and shops! To cut a long story short, if you are looking for a place to stay in Alaçati, search no further: you have found the perfect little and charming hotel to stay!

Room and bathroom were so small and not clean , all bed sheets were old and were riped (as the pictire that i uploaded) the view was trible Just the location was good But you can find better hotel in this location with same price. Staff were not kind, friendly and helpful. I don’t recommend this hotel

First the nearest point you can access your car is 300 m and you have to carry your baggage,the rooms are small and bathrooms are dirty and uncomfortable,about the beds-they have to be- 1 king size,1 double and 1normal and in fact they are 1 double,1 normal and 1 matrices

Despite its charming design and atmosphere, staying in Maison d'azur for 6 nights wasn't pleasant at all due to the poor soundproofing: you could hear every single detail from the rooms around you, we were unable to sleep, imagine you can hear the water running in the pipes after flushing the toilet! We were also unlucky with the noisy people staying in the rooms beside us who decided to throw a party until 6 AM in the morning! Note that the room was extremely tiny not as expected. Staying in maison d'azur for one or two nights is recommended but definitely not more. It's location is perfect, right next to the center of Alacati and the team was very kind and helpful when needed.
